Third Reich Unknown Portepee (sa sword or drk officer?)

This knot is essentially a standard army portepee with the addition of a red crown. It appears to be all period construction with wear in all the correct places, and has clearly been worn on a dagger. Perhaps a variation DRK Officer or sa sword ??
