Third Reich K98 Bayonet

Little to identify this early, wooden gripped K98 saving the stamping “C4708” to the pommel reverse, indicating the 4,708th produced within the "c" block (the third set of 10,000) for that specific year of production. Unfortunately no other markings, apart from waffenampt, appear on bayonet or scabbard.
