Third Reich Prison Official Sword Knot

Although faded with time, this sword knot may be readily identified as belonging to a prison officials sword.
Leather strap has three lines of metallic stitching along its length, slide is leather woven with gold wire. Stem is cold crochet style through which the silver former may be seen. Crown is woven green and gold, oval acorn is alternate green and gold. Base of acorn is filled with twisted green wire.
A rare knot in any condition.
