Manufactured by the firm of Paul Kramer of Neuchatel and issued at the shooting festival held in Cham in Switzerland in 1937. Cham is a municipality in the canton of Zug in Switzerland. Withna small piece of faded ribbon but missing the shooting wreath award bar or " Kranz Ausziechnung"
