GERMAN pre ww2 Shooting Award Medal

A medal dated 1934 in the form of a Baltic cross suspended from a parade mount. The cross has superb green enamelling tomthenarms of the cross with a silvered disc to the centre obverse portraying a marksman. The reverse is engraved "I. Schützenfest ol.es Btl. 1934". Silver bullion strap has twin dark green lines running its length and a dark green/ silver slide. Silver crochet style stem, crown and acorn. Base of acorn filled with dark green twisted wire. Showing minor wear from being worn on a cutlass.
Accoutrements for forestry or hunting cutlasses are notoriously difficult to locate.
