(KDF- Kraft Dutch Freude) was a German NSDAP-operated leisure organization in Nazi Germany. These items were issued in large numbers to contain field rations.
The shallow dish contained butter or fat, whilst the larger is the less common ration container for spices or salt. In two pieces similar to the fat ration container it is deeper & has a seperate unscrewable well to the top .
