Pommel nut and crossguards are the later plated variety and have only very minor plating loss adjacent to the crossguards. A stunning, cased, circular guilt (gold grade) honour prize for 3000 metre run which took place between the 16th-18th of June 1939, awarded to the lower Rhine SA Group. Award is some 4inches in diameter, sitting in a 5 inch square mint black box having a flocked recess for the award and a silk lined lid.

A magnificent, cased, circular bronze award presented to German dog breeders for outstanding performance. In mint condition, the obverse of the plaque features an open winged eagle grasping an R.D.H banner in its talons. The reverse is plain. Black leatherette box has recessed base to accept the award and a silk lined lid. Box is 7x7 inches and in near mint condition.
