Third Reich Dress Bayonet-Eickhorn stag grip

What a fabulous looking piece! Having the most impressive stag grips you will ever see. Pommel, backstrap and crossguard retain all their finish with some minor staining which would probably respond to a little semi chrome leaving these surfaces in a mint like state. Pommel push button operates correctly, and there is a green felt plug in the rifle slot. Bright blade is in a near mint state, having a large double oval seated squirrel trademark stamped to the reverse ricasso. Scabbard has no dents and retains most of its black finish, with signs of rubbing from a frog. Interestingly there are the remains of a white painted swastica to the scabbard obverse.
