Third Reich SS Dagger Hanger-Three piece

Another near perfect example of the rig used to stabilise party form daggers in wear. Belt loop has a pebbled, RZM marked “D” ring. Spring clip is RZM and OLC marked. Leather has no tears or rips and no loss of surface finish. Icing on the cake, the small grip strap has its loop retainer AND a factory RZM paper tag.  read more

Extremely rare hanger being marked:
“ SS-Führerschule des Wirtschafts- Verwaltungsdienstes”
(SS-Leaders School of the Economic Administration Service”)
In ink to the reverse of the webbing strap. Fine condition with minor tearing of the strap adjacent to the brown leather teardrop. Spring clip sewn and riveted to leather.

Third Reich Luftwaffe 2nd Model Officer Dagger Hangers

Super set having an “Assmann” marked upper box clip with the less common “twin sprig” oak leaf decoration. Straps are attached to the box clip with riveted metal tabs which are DRGM marked. Buckles, slides and lower spring clips in perfect condition. Straps have fine backings with only mild signs of wear. Luftwaffe (and Army) hanger variations would make a large collection in their own right.  read more

Belt loop is of a style which incorporates a “button” which allows the complete assembly to be easily unclipped from the belt. Single piece hanger has early long snout, unmarked nickel spring clip and quality leather with only a few age scuffs. Omelette with small leather retaining loop.
